I know what it's like to feel defeated.
I know exactly what it’s like to feel frustrated, defeated, and hopeless in the face of stubborn acne. My journey with acne started during my university years—it felt like I was fighting an endless battle. I tried everything: expensive skincare products, trips to my doctor, trendy supplements, harsh treatments, pharmaceuticals (antibiotics)—etc. But no matter what I did, nothing seemed to work.
That’s when I decided to take matters into my own hands. I dove deep into research, studying the connection between gut health and skin. From there, I decided to go to school for nutrition.
